IOW Bulgaria
History

1993

IOW Group was established and first office was set up in Poland. With its diversified business activities, it covers initially the territory of Central Europe and continuatively expanding. Nowadays with more than 25 years of experience, IOW brand is well recognized as market leader and service provider of hydraulic components.

2003

IOW Bulgaria was registered as a legal independent entity, responsible for the development of Eastern Europe market. Over the years, growing customer needs have created prerequisites for adopting the model of a constantly changing and renewing company. Today we are situated in our own building property (Sofia, German), ensured with office and warehouse zone, service and workshop area. We are proud to be certified as one of the limited worldwide Dana Spicer® Product and Service Centers, covering the territory of Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia and Macedonia. As part of our expansion, the Romanian representative of IOW Bulgaria was opened in 2019 (Bucharest).

2017

Since 2017 IOW Bulgaria, as well as the whole IOW Group is part of Axel Johnson International’s business group “Industrial solutions” and a sister company to Trans-Auto AB, which is active in distribution and service of mobile and marine drivetrains in the Nordic markets and in Russia.
